Dinosaurs!!!!

We had such a fun Spring Break with Joseph!! He was off for the entire week so we decided to have a vacation at home! We took the boys to a ton of different places and a had a ton of fun! We spent the first day fo Spring Break in Brigham City playing with Grandma Chele and Grandpa Chad and running some errands. On Monday night we took the boys to see Horton Hears A Who. Both Grandmas and Grandpas came and we had a great time. The boys really liked the movie and it was even good if you were an adult! :) On Tuesday we were back in Midvale at our house. We decided to take the boys to the Dinosaur Museum at Thanksgiving Point. They loved it! Some of it was a little old for them, but they like dinosaurs so they had a good time. Here are some pictures....

Kael standing next to a huge dinosaur leg
I'm pretty sure that you are not supposed to run in a museum, but here are the boys running in opposite directions!
Playing match the dinosaur. We were in this little area FOREVER!
Comparing Dinosaurs.

Obviously Aidan was not excited to be leaving the matching area!
He found another place that he liked though! This was a little place where you were supposed to build a landscape out of sand and then there was water running through it that would "erode" your landscape. Really it turned into play with water and sand, but they had fun!
Aidan trying out the sand as a snack!

Kael playing and Aidan eating!
Kael is a little OCD and kept lining up all of the dinosaurs!
Kael, Aidan, and Daddy by a huge prehistoric shark!

And by the bones of a mammoth
Here they are digging for fossils. They loved this part and yes, Aidan ate a ton more sand! :)

Marci and I went to see Horton Hears a Who, too! We went on March 20. It was free for kids with Down syndrome.

Aidan must take after his cousin Bryon. That's all Bryon does when we are visiting Grandma Johnson in Michigan. Looks like a fun week!

That looks like so much fun! Your boys are cute. Looks like they might be considering a career as a Paleontologist.
