Our Omaha Christmas Eve

We went home to Brigham City this year for Christmas. We flew because we were afraid that the roads would be bad through Wyoming. Since they charge for every suitcase now we decided that we would write a letter to Santa and ask him to come to Omaha a little bit early!! He wrote back and agreed to not only come to Omaha early, but that he would also make a stop in Brigham on Christmas Eve too!! How lucky is that??!! (and spoiled, I know!) It was weird to have Christmas and then fly to Utah and do it all over again, but it was fun. Here are some pictures of our Christmas Eve in Omaha.

Here is Aidan, me, and Kael snuggling. Omaha is SO COLD!! The wind is always blowing! A few days before we left the temperature was negative 8. With the windchill they said it was negative 32!!! YUCK!

A random picture of Aidan. I don't know where his pants are or why he is walking around eating a roll, but that is just Aidan for ya!

Kael opening his Christmas Eve pajamas.
He was not really very excited!

Still opening

Aidan opening his present. Still with no pants!

I can't even explain how hard it is to get a good picture of three little boys.
Here are a few that turned out the best!! Not sure what Kael is doing.

Kael is mad because we told him to sit down. And yes, he has on snow boots...he just got them and he wouldn't take them off. (Nerdy I know). Aidan is crying and my arm is trying to keep Owen in one place.

Cheesy Kael still sporting the snow boots, Aidan has some kind of action figure, and Owen is preparing to make his escape.

So we tried it this way. Not horrible, but not the best either!

Now Aidan has decided that he is just giving everyone hugs.
Don't worry...he still has his action figure.

Our milk and cookies for Santa. There is a note that says "SANTA. We bringed you some cookies and milk. Love Kael, Aidan, and Owen." Kael composed it himself. Kael also wanted to leave the Santa Claus pez so that Santa knew they were for him. Aidan wanted to leave the action figure. I guess in case Santa got bored??!!
Boys are so fun!

That is so funny about his snow boots:) Braxton used to have a pair of Thomas Snow boots ( That grandma bought him Cause i would rather die than buy them) and he wore them every where and with everything, even into the summer with his shorts, He always looked like such a dork, but would throw a fit if I made hime take them off.
