Last night we went on another FHE adventure. I was looking for something fun to do on the internet and found this little fall festival at Thanksgiving Point. It was a little pricy, but the boys loved it and never wanted to leave, even though it got pretty cold!! There were tons of activities for them to do, and I'm pretty sure I got a picture of most of them. Joseph was a great sport to chase them around with 1 good leg and one okay leg! Kael asked me if we get to go back tonight!
Swinging on the swings. They made some old tires into animal swings. Kael is on a dragon and Aidan was on a steer or a ox or something!
They had all kinds of tunnels to crawl through. They LOVED them. This one was shaped like an old truck.
Kael in the corn maze. He thought it was great. He was running around telling us which path to take. We were in the corn maze FOREVER because he insisted on choosing the way to go and I'm pretty sure we went in a circle for half an hour. He also wanted to find all of the old corn and carry it with us!
Joseph and Aidan at the beginning of the corn maze. Kael wanted Aidan to have some corn to carry too, but Aidan wanted to eat it. He was mad that no one would let him!
These were some water pumps. They had little rubber duckies in the troughs and you had to pump the water and get them down to the other end. I think you were supposed to race them, but Kael played here FOREVER! His hands were like ice by the time that we got him interested in something else.
Joseph and Aidan on the slide. Aidan loved it!
The cow train! They took them on a pretty long ride all through a pumpkin patch. Joseph said it was pretty bumpy for a big guy, but Kael loved it and Aidan cried when it was time to get off. I didn't go....I was afraid I would be stuck in that cow until next fall!!
Climbing up the ropes to go on the slides.
The train that came down the slide. It looks like the boys are crying, but really they are screaming and laughing.
This was a big jumping pillow thing. You could jump and it wasn't as springy as a trampoline, but enough that it was fun. This was the little kid one. They had one for bigger people that was a lot bigger and higher than this. We had a great time and even though it was a little expensive the boys loved it and I am pretty sure that Kael got all of our money's worth!! Plus the best part was.....he went right to sleep when we got home and slept in his own bed for the entire night!! That is worth paying money for any day!!

LOOKS LIKE TONS OF FUN!!
If you need another idea of something to do.. they have a ride with a witch thing at gardner village on a carriage. it is only 2.00 a person and it is every monday, friday and saturday.. that might be fun. I think Brandon and I are going to go this Friday night!
Steph, I think it's awesome that you guys do something fun like this for FHE. We usually end up telling a BOM story and then having Jax act it out. He usually ends up cutting Emory's head off or something like that. That's WHEN we get around to doing it. I'm impressed! Your boys are so cute!
I feel kind of silly posting on this since I never knew you, Stephanie. Joe and I were friends in high school though and I wanted to say hi. Your boys are so adorable. Anyway, you should be able to access my blog from here and perhaps have some idea of who I am. Take care!
Steph! I was so excited to read your post; I don't check in on this blogging world too often, but love it when I do. It's so fun to catch up. What a beautiful family you have! I can't believe how big your boys are...adorable! So glad you're doing well...
Steph, you have the funnest FHEs. Sounds like Saturday wasn't too fun for you...sorry. But I'm glad that your little guy didn't end up coming, he would have been teeny. I'm so not looking forward to that part of this whole pregnancy thing. How come it has to be so difficult to get them out once they're in there?
I love the fall! You guys look like you are having so much fun. I can't believe you are going to have three boys! :) It is just like the Johnsons. . . Lots of boys!
You guys are so much fun! You seem to be always doing so many fun things together as a family! I hope one day we will be together as a family for more than 30 minutes and then we can actually go and do fun things!
Okay...so the truth has to come out. I have been forced to be creative since we moved down here. My boys have so much energy...and I am not talking about just my kids...I mean all three of my boys. We used to be able to go up and play with Uncle Nathan and my parents or with Aunt Jo and Joseph's parents and the cousins and get energy out, but now we are down here by ourselves. If we didn't leave our apartment and let them run around outside...our apartment building probably would have fallen down by now. They are always banging into walls, running, and jumping off of things. That is why we are having another boy...no girl could survive this family! :)
looks like fun! i can't wait till jace is older so we can go do fun things and he can appreciate it :) love your boys and you guys, see ya this weekend!!
Looks like fun I am glad that they slept for you after that is the best!! Feel so bad for Kael hope he is good and hope that joey is doing better! Love you guys tell that Owen to stay in as long as possible! Love ya Katie
Well looks like you guys are having fun! Yeah I have to admit this is better than myspace.Yeah next time you are down this way give me a call and we could all hang out that would be fun!
Hey it is great to hear from you and see you! I have been meaning to e-mail you after Christina told me you were moving out here. So are you coming to Omaha or Lincoln. We are in Lincoln and absolutely LOVE it! What are you moving here for? Your boys are handsome (I would say cute, but I have learned that is not a boy word). Good luck with this next one!
Steph!
Caramie said that you had your baby! Congratulations!!! You are super woman. I don't know how I'd do it with 3 boys. Anyway, post some pics of the new one.
