Well, we are back to our normal schedule and to our own house. I guess we have been home for two weeks now, and we don't really have a normal schedule because it's always changing, but we are back at our own house. We had a great vacation in Utah and we are already looking forward to our Christmas trip!
Joseph started school on the 11th of August. He loves it of course and is always excited to learn new things....especially if they have to do with teeth! We miss having him around all of the time. I got used to it since he was off for an entire month. He is at school from 8 to 5 most days now so it's always fun when he comes home.
The first week that we were back was SO hot that we could hardly even stand to go outside. It has cooled down a little bit now so we can go out in the morning until lunch time and then it's nice again in the evenings. Joseph had a couple of hours off in the middle of the day on Tuesday so we went to the zoo for an hour. Kael was sad because we only got to go to two different parts of the zoo. So the next day when Joseph finished at lunch time we went back to the zoo! Kael was so excited. He loves to go and see the armadillo. He just sits and stares at it and laughs hysterically. Aidan just sits in the stroller and screams and laughs at it too. We also went on an outing to the Children's Museum on Friday while Joseph was at school. It was an adventure to take all three of them, but my friend Amanda came and helped me out. We have also stayed up until well past midnight for the last two weeks watching the Olympics. It has been really fun and we are sad that it is over tonight! But on the bright side...Joseph will be a dentist the next time there are summer olympics!
Here are a few pictures we have taken since we have been home....
This beauty is Tyler's other find in the garden! GROSS! He came to our house with it yesterday and tried to tell me that he found in on my door! It was SO huge! I really hate the bugs and spiders around here. Apparantly it is a Common Garden Spider!! Joseph is pretty sure that we saw one in a cage at the zoo the other day!

Sounds like you guys are doing well. Our oldest kids are at the exact same stage it sounds like. Sadie just gave her first talk in church yesterday- and starts preschool next week. When did they get so big! Miss you guys lots.

I think the funniest picture is Owen staring out the window because you left him all alone. I could just hear the song "All By Myself" playing in the background.
The frogs are adorable, the spider is not! That's just freaky! How is pre-K going?
you've been tagged!

I miss ya next time you are here we should do lunch or something:)
How fun, Tayton would totally love the frogs. I am with you, that spider would freak me out. We have a lot of black widows here, luckily they stay outside. I am glad you made it back safe.
