We blessed Owen in our old ward in Brigham City on Sunday. Joseph did an excellent job with the blessing. Owen was the first one of our boys to have all of his uncles be there for the blessing. We were only missing two of them from the circle. Nathan is not quite old enough and Johnny was doing missionary work in the hallway and forgot that we were blessing the baby. When Kael and Aidan were blessed there was always at least one uncle on a mission, so it was fun to have everyone there. I had a dilema for a few days before the blessing. I was going to just have Owen wear Kael's blessing outfit because I was told that boys don't care if they had their own. Aidan had a different outfit because he was a preemie so he was too small to wear Kael's. I debated over this and I couldn't bring myself to make him be the only one that didn't have his own outfit. I finally made Joseph take me to the mall on Saturday on our way to Brigham in the snow storm to get Owen his own blessing outfit. Apparantly my enitre family and some of Joseph's family had been betting on whether I would get him one or not because when we came in on Saturday my parents just started to laugh, and when I saw my brother and sister on Sunday they both laughed and my brother's girldfriend said "I told you she would!" Look at these pictures though....it was worth it!!

Steph he is one of the most beautiful babies I have ever seen. He has the most perfect little face and the most beautiful coloring - I bet he is going to look just like his mama!
We were so sad to miss the blessing. It wasn't until Saturday night that Larry said he had to be in priesthood meeting to do a presentation at 1:00. Owen looks so cute in his white tux.
